Our disciplined, bottom-up strategy focuses on security selection, using rigorous fundamental research and analysis to evaluate the characteristics of individual companies.

The process begins with a quantitative screen of the 1,700 securities in our investment universe. Once the universe is narrowed based on the application of our proprietary screening metrics, the portfolio management team then proceeds to perform various levels of fundamental analysis on the remaining candidates. Ultimately, the process seeks to identify a select portfolio of 15 to 25 high quality large-cap companies capable of delivering sustainable above average earnings growth.
