Polen Capital ranked as a top place to work among companies with 15-49 employees as part of the publication's fifth annual ranking of U.S.-based money managers on the results of employer and employee surveys.

The first was a brief survey completed by each firm that outlined workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Employees completed the second survey, which included questions related to culture, compensation, career development and engagement.
