Client Service Administrator - Client Relations
Boca Raton, FL


We are currently seeking a Client Service Administrator (CSA) to assist with day-to-day client service activities of our firm to ensure a positive client experience. This individual will be essential in enhancing the client experience by providing exceptional client service, serving as operational and administrative support to our Clients and the Client Relations Team. The responsibilities of this position will demand an acute attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, as well the ability to continuously balance multiple priorities/tasks and work within a team environment. Experience working within the financial services industry is preferred.


  • Coordinate, prepare, and process new client onboarding documents (firm and custodian paperwork)
  • Assist the Client Relations team with on-going month/quarterly client reporting and any ad-hoc requests
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Relations team; assist in preparing for meetings
  • Deliver exceptional client service to clients/prospects via phone and email
  • Responsible for preparing and customizing New Client Welcome packages
  • Assist in the maintenance of the firm's CRM software
  • Track client service issues and new business transactions in progress
  • Communicate and work with various internal departments/teams in preparation for client meetings/projects/tasks
  • Actively contribute to the Client Relations team projects


  • Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field
  • Previous RIA or financial services firm experience (preferred)
  • MS Office products including: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (required)
  • Knowledge of a CRM and Schwab Institutional a plus
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses or ability to become licensed within 6 months of firm employment.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work unsupervised
  • Candidate should also be proactive, exceedingly well organized and detail-oriented
  • U.S. Permanent Work Authorization (required)
