Senior Relationship Associate

EMEA Sales & Client Relations


The Senior Relationship Associate will be a member of the Distribution Team based in London. The role will provide distribution, relationship management and client service support to the EMEA distribution team in pursuit of growing the business through new client acquisition and existing client cross-sales. The role is expected to take on responsibility for servicing several existing relationships; both external clients and strategic distribution partners. The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to distribution and service excellence in building our client business outside of the Americas.


  • Partner with the Head of EMEA for strategy execution for the assigned clients to achieve annual goals
  • Partner with the Head of EMEA for strategy execution in distribution to achieve annual goals
  • Provide ongoing support to our strategic distribution partners as needed
  • Provide a point of contact to answer questions and facilitate completion of requests and questions from International clients, consultants and platforms
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients
  • Provide a point of contact for tracking UCITS flows and to become the EMEA based subject matter expert for UCITS structure and market developments
  • Document activities and milestones in a timely way via required technologies and processes in the contact management system (Satuit)
  • Proactively communicate with assigned clients to assist in creating a productive client experience – in doing so this individual will be required to develop critical links to the client service team in Boca Raton
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of market dynamics and Firm investment strategies and offerings. Shares client and market feedback within the firm
  • Represents the firm with integrity and operate in accordance with Firm values and professional standards
  • Contributes to special projects and assignments as requested


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field
  • High client service orientation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with excellent people skills that contribute to the ability to work well with others toward common goals
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn and integrate new technology applications. Knowledge of CRM and automated marketing systems preferred
  • Must be well organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Commitment to agility, continuous learning and improvement
  • Current CF30 registration or ability to become licensed within 6 months of Firm employment
  • U.K. Permanent Work Authorization (required)
  • Knowledge and experience of current UK & EU client onboarding processes and regulatory obligations (Mifid) (preferred)
  • Experience of both segregated and pooled fund onboardings (preferred)
