Program Overview

Eligibility
The London Summer Intern Program is open to rising 4th year university students (graduating in December 2021 or Spring 2022.) U.K. Work Authorization is required.

Duration
The 2021 London Summer Intern Program will run for 9 weeks (beginning in June or July 2021.) Summer Interns must be able and willing to commit to the full length of the program.

Deadline
Polen Capital will be receiving applications until December 18, 2020. We review applications on a rolling basis and encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready because interviews can occur prior to the application period closing.

The Boston-based Small Company Growth team manages three small company strategies: U.S. Small Company Growth, U.S. Small- and Mid-Cap Company Growth, and International Small Company Growth. The London-based Emerging Markets Growth team manages a Global Emerging Markets Growth strategy.

As an Undergraduate Summer Intern, you will:

  • Gain hands-on exposure to our asset management business, investment philosophy and process
  • Participate in leadership and skill-based training, speaker series, and firmwide events alongside full-time employees and fellow Summer Interns
  • Collaborate with team members to produce tangible results on projects that are relevant to the firm

The International Business Development team builds and maintains relationships with clients outside the United States and works with our partners based in Europe and the Middle East.

Summer Interns may be considered for full-time roles post-graduation.
