The Business Analyst is a member of the Business Management team based out of our headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. The objective of this role is to increase efficiency and value add to the CEO office and firm. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer. The core responsibility of this position is to support strategic and organizational initiatives of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as well as other executives on the Business Management team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the CEO on key priorities, and strategic projects; proactively manage tasks to increase efficiency to CEO office
  • Research and information-gather in preparation for CEO’s meetings; compose thorough meeting materials for the CEO to review in advance
  • Research and summarize assigned topics and content
  • Design, document and implement processes that improve the CEO’s decision-making and execution across the firm
  • Attend internal and external meetings; prepare and brief the CEO and other Business Management leaders on key areas of focus and deadlines
  • Assist with CEO family office investments and CEO charitable endeavors, as needed
  • Partner on Business Management initiatives across Corporate Strategy, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Human Resources
  • Improve collaboration across internal stakeholders by driving communication, information sharing, and alignment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or master’s degree from a top-tier university; outstanding record of academic achievement
  • 2 – 4 years work experience; prior experience in Investment Banking or Consulting a plus; Asset Management experience preferred
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerPoint; Prezi a plus
  • Digital content (video, podcast, social media) and/or legal experience a plus
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication
  • Skilled in anticipating challenges, constructing the solution, and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to influence and partner across the firm
  • Propensity to learn new areas of the business, processes, and applications quickly
  • Commitment to agility, personal development, and continuous improvement
