We are seeking a part-time Facilities Associate based in our Boca Raton, Florida office, reporting to the Office Manager.


  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages and special delivery items
  • Transport mail/boxes for shipment to drop-off location as needed
  • Keep printers stocked with paper and replace toner and waste container as needed
  • Remove and replace compliance posters as issued
  • Maintain ongoing inventory of all supplies for the Office Manager
  • Stock and maintain kitchen supplies
  • Kitchen maintenance to include emptying and cleaning coffee/tea machines, stocking referigerators, loading/emptying dishwasher, set up and clean up of daily firm lunch items, and emptying referigerators quarterly
  • Break down boxes and stack in an organized manner
  • Stock restrooms with sanitary paper, toiletries and towels
  • Tend to maintenance duties as they arise including changing lightbulbs, setting up office decor, and moving furniture
  • Assistance with additional projects as needed


  • High School Diploma or above
  • Experience in a comparable role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to take direction
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to react quickly to changing requirements
  • Team player
  • Ability to lift approximately 30 lbs on a regular basis and handle other physical labor

  • Part-time employee (between 10 and 15 hours per week)
