We are seeking a part-time Facilities Associate based in our Boca Raton Office, reporting to the Office Manager.


  • Cleaning/wiping down all high touch surface areas in all common areas (door knobs, door push bars, cupboard handles, drawer pulls, light switches, tables, printers, faucet handles, elevator buttons, conference room tables and sound stations etc.)
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages and special delivery items
  • Transport mail/boxes for shipment to drop-off location as needed
  • Keep printers stocked with paper and replace toner and waste container as needed
  • Remove and replace compliance posters as issued
  • Maintain ongoing inventory of all supplies for the Office Manager
  • Stock and maintain kitchen supplies
  • Kitchen maintenance to include emptying and cleaning coffee/tea machines, stocking refrigerators, loading/emptying dishwasher and emptying refrigerators quarterly
  • Break down boxes and stack in an organized manner
  • Stock restrooms with sanitary paper, toiletries and towels
  • Tend to maintenance duties as they arise including changing light bulbs, setting up office decor, and moving furniture
  • Assistance with additional projects as needed


  • High School Diploma or above
  • Experience in a comparable role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to take direction
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to react quickly to changing requirements
  • Team player
  • Ability to lift approximately 30 lbs on a regular basis and handle other physical labor
