The Office Manager / Executive Assistant will be based in London and support the London team members in addition to managing the logistics of our London office.


  • Assist with setting up the London office
  • Provide administrative support in setting and managing meetings for the London office
  • Interface with the sell side as appropriate to support effective company coverage
  • Arrange marketing materials for meetings
  • Be the office manager in charge of office supplies and catering
  • Coordinate general office maintenance
  • Provide coverage for the phones and reception desk
  • Manage calendars for heads of the teams and provide administrative support as required
  • Arrange and book travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with the head office as necessary and support global projects
  • Schedule appointments with clients and prospects
  • Provide coverage assistance for clients and prospects as required
  • Represent the firm with integrity and operate in accordance with Firm values and professional standards
  • Contributes to special projects and assignments as requested


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills especially for Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to continuously learn new skills and systems
  • Prior experience working for a financial services firm (preferred)
  • U.K. Permanent Work Authorization (required)
