Polen Capital is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to work primarily with our international client base.  The position reports to the Head of Client Service. The core responsibility of this position is to enhance the client service efforts of the firm, with the goal of retaining the client base while providing a best-in-class service experience to achieve firm-wide initiatives.  The position is based in our London office.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accomplish strategy execution for the assigned clients with the appropriate utilization of firm resources to achieve annual goals though collaboration with Relationship Managers
  • Provide an in-office point of contact to answer questions and facilitate completion of requests and questions across both pooled and segregated account clients
  • Take a significant role in the onboarding of new clients and the coordination of investment flows requests
  • Document activities and milestones in a timely way via required technologies and processes in the contact management system
  • Improve effectiveness and efficiency of the team
  • Proactively communicate with assigned clients to assist in creating a proactive and productive client experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of market dynamics and Firm investment strategies and offerings; shares client and market feedback within the firm
  • Represent the firm with integrity and operate in accordance with Firm values and professional standards
  • Contribute to special projects and assignments as requested

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field
  • 3 – 5 years of financial services client servicing experience, preferably within asset management
  • Unwavering commitment to client service excellence
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with excellent people skills that contribute to the ability to work well with others toward common goals
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn and integrate new technology applications
  • Knowledge of CRM and workflow systems, such as ServiceNow
  • Well-organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail essential
  • Commitment to agility, continuous learning, and improvement
  • Ability to speak multiple languages preferred
