The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Polen Capital named to Sun Sentinel's Top Workplaces in South Florida for the small business category (35-125 employees) as of 04-21-2021. The Top Workplaces award is managed by Energage and requires participating organizations to complete a 24-question employee survey. Within business size groupings, organizations are ranked by the aggregate score based on employee feedback. 4,300 organizations were invited to participate.
