The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Polen Capital named to Sun Sentinel’s Top Workplaces in South Florida for the small business category (35-125 employees) as of 04-21-2021. The Top Workplaces award is managed by Energage and requires participating organizations to complete a 24-question employee survey. Within business size groupings, organizations are ranked by the aggregate score based on employee feedback. 4,300 organizations were invited to participate. Organizations that exceeded benchmark scores for each size group made the winners list. There is no cost to participate. Energage, LLC is not compensated by Polen Capital.
