Polen Capital Floating Rate Income ETF Celebrates 3 Year Track Record
The Polen Floating Rate Income ETF (NYSE: PCFI) has reached its 3-year track record milestone, reflecting the continued growth and success of Polen Capital’s bank loan investment strategy.
The strategy, which originally launched on June 30, 2022 as the Polen Bank Loan Fund, was converted to an ETF structure in March 2025 to offer investors greater accessibility, transparency, and potential tax efficiency. The Polen Floating Rate Income ETF adopted the performance history of its predecessor fund.
The fund primarily invests in senior secured floating-rate loans, providing the security of seniority and collateral backing along with a built-in hedge against rising interest rates. The strategy seeks to deliver a combination of high current income and, secondarily, long-term capital appreciation.
Portfolio Managers John Sherman and Ben Santonelli bring decades of combined experience and expertise in high yield bond and leveraged loan markets to the fund’s management.
The 3-year milestone is significant for investors as it provides a meaningful track record for evaluating the strategy’s performance across different market environments, including periods of interest rate volatility and credit market uncertainty.
