Interval Funds.
Polen's interval fund structure provides access to less-liquid credit strategies that have historically been available only to institutional investors — offering attractive yield potential through private credit and opportunistic lending, without the lockup periods of traditional private funds.
Access to private credit
The interval fund structure allows the portfolio to hold less-liquid assets — including direct lending and private credit — that are typically unavailable in daily-liquidity vehicles.
Quarterly repurchases
Investors may tender shares for repurchase at NAV on a quarterly basis, providing periodic liquidity without the multi-year lockups of traditional closed-end or LP structures.
No accreditation required
Unlike many private credit vehicles, Polen's interval fund is available to all investors through their financial advisor, with no accreditation or qualified purchaser requirements.
A registered fund structure designed for semi-liquid credit.
Interval funds are SEC-registered closed-end investment companies that periodically offer to repurchase shares from investors at net asset value. This structure gives Polen's credit team the flexibility to invest across the liquidity spectrum — from publicly traded high yield bonds to privately originated loans — while providing investors with a familiar, 1099-reporting fund wrapper.
Subscriptions
Daily at NAV through participating broker-dealers and custodial platforms.
Repurchases
Quarterly tender offers at NAV, typically 5–25% of outstanding shares per quarter.
Tax reporting
Standard 1099 reporting — no K-1s, no UBTI concerns for tax-exempt investors.

Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses before investing. Interval fund shares are not listed on a securities exchange, and no secondary market is expected to develop. Shares will not be redeemable at an investor's option nor will they be exchangeable for shares of any other fund. The Fund will offer to repurchase shares on a quarterly basis at net asset value.
Investing in an interval fund involves risks, including risk of loss. An investment in the Fund is suitable only for investors who can bear the risks associated with the limited liquidity of the Fund.
