Graham Ward

Graham is Chief Financial Officer responsible for leading the transformation of the Finance and Administrative teams from a single office team to global operations, including building dynamic offices across the world. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2016, Graham was Executive Vice President for the Americas at Cipher, a global cybersecurity firm based in Miami. Graham oversaw Cipher’s finance, marketing, sales, and engineering functions and built the U.S. operations and sales team. Graham has also held diverse positions at McKinsey & Company, Walt Disney Company, Morgan Stanley, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, in addition to serving as a Senior Policy Advisor in the United States Senate. Graham received a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and an M.P.A. from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Graham is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
