Rachel Trock

Rachel is Chief People Officer, responsible for overseeing all areas of People and Culture at Polen Capital. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2018, Rachel served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at RBC Capital Markets based in New York and was responsible for the end-to-end talent cycle for the firm’s Global Fixed Income division. Prior to RBC, Rachel worked at Lehman Brothers with a primary focus on M.B.A Campus Recruiting. Rachel received a B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Emory University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
