Dan is Head of Internal Sales on Polen Capital's U.S. Distribution team, responsible for leading the internal sales team and promoting strategic client engagement. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2022, Dan spent ten years at Voya Investment Management where he served as V.P. Sales Desk Manager. Dan received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
