Leonardo Gonzalez, CFA

Leonardo is a Relationship Manager responsible for business development and client service on Polen Capital's U.S. Distribution team. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2014, Leonardo worked with Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor in South Florida. Prior to that, Leonardo worked with the Oxford Business Group as a Country Research Director, leading projects in the MENA and APAC regions. Leonardo received a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French. Leonardo is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the CFA Society of South Florida.  Leonardo also co-leads Polen Capital’s EMBRACE employee resource group, with a goal to support and promote an inclusive and supportive culture for those that identify as having a multicultural background.
