Raunak Kasera

RK is a Research Analyst on Polen Capital's Quality Growth team. He first joined Polen Capital as an intern in 2023, before starting permanently in 2024. Prior to joining Polen Capital, RK was a Product Manager at Microsoft focusing on next-generation Windows and Surface devices. He has also worked in growth equity-related roles at various crossover and venture funds and has developed software for retail and sales infrastructure at Salesforce and Amazon. RK received an MS in Computer Science at Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
