Polen's programs help provide equal opportunity to job applicants through our job descriptions; we encourage diversity through DEI goals for each Operating Committee member and provide funding for key initiatives through our Diversity Donor Advised Fund.

This award will recognize asset managers that have done an exceptional job in promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion across their businesses. This can include programs run internally to promote DEI across the fund complex, work within local communities and/or asset management products related to these attributes. To make its award determinations, With Intelligence relies on the judgment of a panel of allocators, ETF strategists, independent directors, and consultants. There is no cost to participate. With Intelligence is compensated by Polen Capital for advertising and licensing fees.
