Brian Goldberg

Brian is General Counsel at Polen Capital. Brian was the first in-house attorney at the firm, where he led the build-out of the Legal and Compliance team from scratch. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2014, Brian spent five years as a lawyer in the investment management practice of Seward & Kissel, LLP in New York City, where he counseled registered investment adviser clients regarding diverse legal and compliance issues. Brian received a B.A. in Political Science with an Economics Minor from American University and J.D. from Columbia Law School.
