Jennifer McCarthy
Head of Institutional Services
Jennifer is Head of Institutional Services, responsible for managing and enhancing the relationships with Polen Capital's clients. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2020, Jennifer worked at Prudential Advisors supporting client servicing efforts for a financial advisor. Prior to that, she spent four years as the Head of RFP Team at Nuveen and eighteen years in diverse roles at State Street Investment Management. Jennifer received a B.A. in International Business and Spanish from Russell Sage College and an M.B.A. with a Finance concentration from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
