Matthew Shirilla

Matthew is a Senior Relationship Manager  responsible for business development and client service on Polen Capital's U.S. Distribution team. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2021, Matthew was Vice President, Global Consultant Relations for Franklin Templeton, covering U.S. and Global consulting firms across all consulting business lines and asset classes. Prior to that, Matthew was Senior Vice President at Callan Associates, where he managed Callan’s Chicago office. He served as a lead consultant to a diverse institutional client base and developed and implemented a variety of investment programs and solutions. Matthew received a B.A. in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and an M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University.
